OVERVIEW

ZANPAでは、毎年、年に一度の新商品の発表とその新作や選りすぐりの泡盛に合わせたお料理とのマリアージュディナーをお楽しみいただけるイベントPREMIUM DINNER PARTY with ZANPA 〜SMILE BE WAVES〜を開催しております。昨年、東京フレンチの名店「ラ・ターブル・ジョエルロブション」で開催し、大変ご好評をいただいたZANPA のプレミアムディナーパーティーを今年も開催いたします。

今年は、天皇家の菩提寺総本山御寺（みてら）『泉涌寺（せんにゅうじ）』様の境内を特別にお借りして、屋外でZANPA 選りすぐりの5種類のお酒とペアリングディナーをご用意。お料理は、京都祇園の名店『祇園椿』様とコラボレーション。板長自ら沖縄までお越しくださり、厳選して取り寄せた沖縄の食材を使って、美食好奇心を掻き立てる京懐石料理に腕を振るって頂きます。

また、本年度のハイエンドシリーズZANPA最高峰古酒『TORAKICHI 2024』のデザイナーには、映画音楽アカデミー賞を受賞され、数々の有名映画・ドラマ音楽を世の中に送り出されている作曲家の佐藤直紀様にご依頼。デザインプロデュースはもとより、お酒の味を決めるブレンドも監修して頂きました。こちらの商品を含めた様々なプレミアム泡盛とのマリアージュをお楽しみいただける美食のディナーパーティです。

This year, we have specially rented the precincts of "Sennyu-ji", the head temple of the imperial family's family temple, and prepared an outdoor pairing dinner with 5 kinds of ZANPA's selected sake. The cuisine is a collaboration with the famous restaurant "Gion Tsubaki" in Gion, Kyoto. The chef himself will come to Okinawa and use carefully selected Okinawan ingredients to create a Kyoto kaiseki cuisine that will arouse your curiosity about gastronomy.

In addition, the designer of this year's high-end series ZANPA's finest old sake "TORAKICHI 2024" is Naoki Sato, a composer who has won the Film Music Academy Award and has sent out many famous movie and drama music to the world. request. In addition to design production, we also supervised the blend that determines the taste of sake. A gastronomic dinner party where you can enjoy the marriage of various premium awamori including this product.
